"Not Worth It for Litter Box Odor"
I really wanted this to help with the litter box smell, but even after running it all day, the room still smelled like a litter box. For the price, I expected better results, so I’m disappointed.

"Great filter, not-so-great filter prices"
The filters work fine, but replacing them regularly gets expensive fast. Love having clean air, of course, just didn’t realize I’d also be signing up for a tiny subscription to filter replacements

"Easy site to use overall"
I thought Purrified Air was simple to move around on. The pages loads fine for me, and I found what I needed without having to click all over the place. Checkout was clear too. Only thing is, I wish some of the product details was a little easier to spot.

"Box showed up totally smashed :/"
The packaging arrived in really rough shape — the box was crushed and the tape was already half coming off. It didn’t feel like the item was protected much at all :(

I’m so frustrated. This thing stopped working after just two weeks, which is way too soon. I barely even got to use it before it gave up on me completely.

"Customer service was honestly no help!!!"
I asked what I thought was a simple question and then ended up waiting days for a reply... When they finally got back to me, the response was super short and didn’t actually fix anything?? It really felt like they just wanted me to stop bothering them and go away!!!

"Still dealing with the same dust"
I got this because I was really hoping it would help cut down the dust in my bedroom, but i’m kind of blaming myself for expecting too much. I’ve had it running and I still end up wiping my shelves every couple days like nothing changed.
Maybe it helps with smells or pet hair or something, but for dust, it didn’t really do much for me. That same grey layer keeps showing up, and for what it cost, I definitely expected better.

"Was hoping for more after reading the reviews"
I bought this because I have two cats and was really trying to cut down on the litter box smell in my apartment. I saw other people mention it helped them, so I figured it was worth a shot. It looks decent and setup was super easy, but for me, I only really notice a difference when it’s sitting right next to the litter box. The filters also seem a little pricey for what it does. Maybe it works better in smaller spaces or for other people, but it just wasn’t as helpful as I hoped...

The air does seem to smell a little fresher, so I guess it’s doing something. Nothing super dramatic, but there’s definitely a slightly cleaner scent than before. That said, I had to wait in the queue way longer than I expected, which was frustrating.

"Feels kind of cheaply made"
This felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box. The plastic cover didn’t line up flush, and after just a few days the small buttons already started feeling loose. It still works, but I can’t help wondering if they cut corners on the materials or quality control. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more solid. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Filters work good"
I've been using these for a bit and the air does feel cleaner overall. It's not 100% amazing with odors, like some smells still hang around a little, but it defintely helps. Happy with them for the price.

"Coverage area was a little disappointing"
I picked this up because it sounded like it could handle a decent-sized room, but honestly... it doesn’t really feel that way in my living room. If it’s not sitting close by, smells still seem to linger longer than I expected.
It might be fine for a small bedroom or a tighter space, maybe? But for the area I needed it for, it just didn’t do enough. Not terrible, just kind of a letdown...

"Really nice-looking site"
I liked the look of Purrified Air right away 😊 The pages feel clean, the colors are soft, and everything is easy to read. It doesn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming at all, which makes browsing around way more pleasant

"Return went smoothly"
I had to return one filter, and support got the instructions over to me quickly. The refund took a few days to show up, but it did come through, so it wasn’t a big deal

It works fine overall, but I definitely wish I had checked the measurements more carefully before buying. I thought it would tuck in nicely near the litter box, but it takes up more room than I pictured and looked kind of awkward in the corner. I ended up moving a few things around just to make space for it. Not a bad product, but if you’re working with a small room, I’d measure first so you don’t get stuck rearranging everything like I did.

"Kind of hit or miss for the price"
It does the job okay, but I can’t say I’m totally sold on it. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a bit more impressive. It’s not bad, just a little hit or miss and definitely feels overpriced for what it actually does.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from purrifiedair.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated for days, which got frustrating. On top of that, the reminder emails felt a little aggressive, like they were constantly nudging me even though my order hadn’t even arrived yet. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

It does a good job and has definitely helped with the pet smell in my apartment. I’m giving it 4 stars because, the maintenance is more than I expected. The filter seems to get dusty way too fast, so I’m blaming that for making me clean it more often than I’d like. It’s not a huge hassle, just something you have to stay on top of. Overall, I’m still happy with it
